🌙 New Moon Intention Ritual  

To call in new beginnings, opportunities, and fresh energy  

You will need (optional) journal, pen, waist beads, oil, or candle if you choose  

Steps  

  • Sit somewhere quiet and take 3 slow breaths.  
  • Place your hand over your heart and whisper: I am ready to receive what is meant for me.   
  • Write 3 intentions beginning with “I am calling in…”   
  • Say them out loud — gently.  
  • Thank yourself for showing up.  
  • Close by saying:  I trust my path. I am open. I am aligned.  

🌝Full Moon Release Ritual  

To let go of heaviness, old emotions, or habits  

You will need (optional) a small piece of paper. pen, sink or bowl of water  

Steps  

  • Take a slow breath in and out.  
  • Write down what you are releasing (people, habits, feelings).  
  • Say: I honor what this taught me, and I now release it.   
  • Tear the paper and place under running water or in a bowl.  
  • Feel your body soften.  
  • Close by saying:  I choose peace. I choose me.  

🔮 Waist Bead Ceremony  

To anchor intention into your body  

Steps  

  • Hold your beads before tying.  
  • Speak your intention out loud.  
  • Tie your beads slowly, breathing deeply.  
  • Say: As I tie these beads, I tie my desire into reality.  
  • Tie the knot. Seal it with gratitude.  

🧿 Protection & Energy Reset Ritual  

For after arguments, stress, dreams, or draining days  

Steps  

  • Stand or sit with both feet on the ground.  
  • Imagine a white light wrapping around your body.  
  • Say: Any energy that does not belong to me, I release now.  
  • Take three deep breaths.  
  • Drink water afterward.  

🪞 Confidence Mirror Ritual  

To step into your power and remember who you are  

This ritual is perfect before:

  • anytime you feel doubt creeping in  

Steps  

  • Stand in front of a mirror and look directly into your own eyes.  
  • Relax your shoulders and take a slow breath in…and out.  
  • Place your hand gently on your heart.  
  • Say (out loud if you can): I am powerful. I am magnetic. I am unforgettable.  
  • Lift your chin slightly and smile at yourself — even a tiny one counts.  
  • Say: I walk in every room as the highest version of me.  
  • Seal it by touching your waist beads, perfume, or oil and whisper:  
  • I am the energy I want to attract.  

✨ Then walk away without second-guessing yourself.  

Remember  

  • You are not forcing outcomes.  
  • You are aligning.  
  • Your magic does not live in tools.
