How to Use Your Goddess Magic

Your magic is already within you. These practices simply help you remember. 

You don’t need anything special to begin with, just your breath, your body, and your intention. 

Get still 

Take a slow breath in… and a slow breath out. 

Relax your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Come back into your body. 

Set your intention 

Gently ask yourself: 

What do I want to call in right now? 

It may be: 

  • peace 
  • confidence 
  • love 
  • clarity 
  • release 

There is no wrong answer. 

Speak it out loud 

Say it like it already belongs to you: 

I am ready to receive. 

I am aligned with what is meant for me. 

I trust my path. 

(Whispering counts. Spirit hears whispers.) 

 Add your ritual tool — if you choose 

You may use:

Tools are helpers. You are the source.

Feel the energy shift 

Pause for a moment and notice: 

  • your body softening

Release control 

You don’t need to chase or force anything. 

Say: 🗣️What is meant for me flows to me with ease. 

Then go live your life. 

Your magic continues working even when you’re not “doing” anything. 

Your magic is not outside of you.
