✨ Founder Story
During 2020, in the middle of Covid, I bought my first waistbeads to monitor my weight. I thought they would be a gentler guide than a scale — but what surprised me most was how they made me feel.
As the beads wrapped around my waist, I reconnected with my body, my softness, and my worth. I realized how many of us lose ourselves while caring for everyone else. Waistbeads became my reminder to hug myself and come back home to me.
LJ Goddess Energy Waistbeads & Wellness was created to share that feeling with women who are ready to remember themselves again — in body, mind, spirit, and energy.
